Google Sheets IMEI Checker

1. Select the sheet with the IMEI/serial column.
2. File → Download → Comma-separated values (.csv).
3. Upload the CSV to BatchIMEI.
4. Download results and File → Import into a new Sheets tab.

Do not overwrite the working sheet. Import results into an OUTPUT tab, then VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP by serial back into the working sheet.

Same as Excel: 1,000 codes/run, 5,000/day (user). Split the CSV if the list is long.

Very large files or VBA macros are easier in desktop Excel; Sheets is fine for small teams / realtime collaboration.

• Normalize serial/IMEI columns before upload (uppercase, dedupe, drop blanks).
• Split batches to ≤1,000 codes; watch the 5,000/day user limit.
• Store OUTPUT files with intake/delivery records for later disputes.
• Check Activation Lock on-device — Coverage is not a substitute.
• Quick filters: Not Actived, Day warranty left < 30, mismatched model.
