Check 10,000 Apple Serials in Excel

Per-batch and per-day limits protect server capacity and the Apple upstream. Smaller files also let you catch bad data before burning quota.

1. Sort serials and drop duplicates.
2. Split into 1,000-row files (10 files for 10,000 codes).
3. Day 1: run 5 files (5,000 codes). Day 2: the remaining 5.
4. Merge OUTPUT columns in the original row order.

• Drop empty / too-short serials.
• Normalize to uppercase.
• Split IMEI and serial if they were mixed in one column.

Warehouses inbound >5,000 units/day or needing same-day SLA should ask for adjusted limits / rate. Do not work around with multiple accounts — it breaks bookkeeping.

• Normalize serial/IMEI columns before upload (uppercase, dedupe, drop blanks).
• Split batches to ≤1,000 codes; watch the 5,000/day user limit.
• Store OUTPUT files with intake/delivery records for later disputes.
• Check Activation Lock on-device — Coverage is not a substitute.
• Quick filters: Not Actived, Day warranty left < 30, mismatched model.
