CSV IMEI Checker

• UTF-8, comma or tab separated.
• Row 1 is the header.
• One code per row; do not join codes with semicolons in a cell.

1. Export CSV from the warehouse / ERP system.
2. Upload to BatchIMEI.
3. Download the .xlsx result and map it back into the ERP if needed.

ANSI encodings break non-ASCII headers; Excel may convert serials to scientific notation — set the code column to Text before saving.

CSV is light and easy to automate; Excel keeps multiple sheets/formatting. Prefer CSV for system integration and Excel for manual work.

• Normalize serial/IMEI columns before upload (uppercase, dedupe, drop blanks).
• Split batches to ≤1,000 codes; watch the 5,000/day user limit.
• Store OUTPUT files with intake/delivery records for later disputes.
• Check Activation Lock on-device — Coverage is not a substitute.
• Quick filters: Not Actived, Day warranty left < 30, mismatched model.
